The starting point for intelligent energy design considerations is the most precise possible determination of energy requirements for use on site. We determine the energy requirement in advance, to the hour, over an entire year. The hourly pattern of energy demand determines the benefits of the numerous relevant technologies such as solar systems, thermal and electrical storage.

Almost every property harbours potential for renewable energies and natural environmental heat. We analyse the legal and technical framework conditions for all supply potential on site. The analysis provides an overview of the respective application possibilities for solar, wind and heat pump systems.

An intelligent, environmentally friendly and secure energy supply is characterised by a combination of renewable energies, peak load capacity and economical operation. We develop realisable solutions with different energy sources, generators, storage systems and energy networks right through to preliminary design planning. Thinking through and weighing up variants challenges us constructively and promotes diversity and creativity in planning.

Numbers make the difference.
We balance the energy flows of an operating year down to the hour and determine the coverage shares of the technologies used. The higher the coverage share, the more relevant the technology is for the energy efficiency of the energy supply.

Low energy consumption does not automatically mean a good CO2 and environmental balance.
We carry out a greenhouse gas balance according to recognised standards and determine the impact on the environment. A successful energy design is only convincing if it can be proven that the environment benefits from it.
