Our focus lies on innovative technologies, particularly in the field of renewable energy, where we manage the entire planning and conceptualization in-house to ensure maximum economic efficiency. This allows us to keep the reliance on fossil primary energy sources to a minimum and provide affordable solutions. Any remaining energy demand is managed by our external contractors, who also handle the contractual procurement of traditional energy supplies (e.g., green electricity, natural gas, district heating).
Using comprehensive sensitivity analyses, we guide the planning process and design bespoke business models that balance sustainability and economic performance according to the client’s preferences. While we maintain firm control over strategic steering and planning, the technical implementation, ongoing operations, and the entire energy procurement process are carried out by our specialized external contractors. This enables us to continuously identify further optimization potential and ensure the long-term efficiency of the technology in place.

Our portfolio includes economic consultancy services for the construction and operation of heating and cooling systems, as well as energy storage systems based on a range of technologies, such as geothermal energy, heat pumps, ice storage, hydrogen storage, groundwater wells and wastewater heat exchangers.
We also build and operate electricity generation systems (e.g. photovoltaic systems). We rely on the highest energy efficiency, the most modern technology and, if possible, CO2-free operation of the energy generation systems.
